6 Oct 2017 … Today was the debut of a vibrant new hand–printed backdrop ‘Cheery Blossom’, supported by a suitably syrupy photo strip design. The gala was also a chance to farewell Apii Potiki aunty Jutta, and we kept the booth open a bit longer for staff and supporters to sneak in a few strips as the sun went down.
Meitaki to everyone who came to support the school — see you again next time.

15 Jul 2017 The joining of two families we consider island-royalty.
Thanks to the continued support of the Mataora family, and Vaka Puaikura, Latishia and Victor’s reception had us taking new pix for booth-regulars. We also met a few new additions :) …

15 Jul 2017 … Tonight we were training new booth-op Kimberley, which added a little extra pressure. Fortunately MC Keu was on hand reminding the 100+ guests of our scheduled start time.
Younger guests were first to form a queue, but we also took some great pix for the bridal party and family-friends as the night progressed.
Reception-planning tip: staff the candy bar.
A big meitaki to the kitchen aunties for the take-home plates.

8 Jul 2017 There’s ‘portable’, and then there’s ‘all-terrain’… The Matavera intake (road) provided a suitably steamy location for a jungle-themed celebration. We were pre-match entertainment, with the revellers rocking the booth before heading Rehab-way, then returning for kai-kai. A big meitaki to Aaron’s family for your hospitality (awesome food), and to Poko for hooking us up.

24 Jun 2016 We’ve known Brynn and Ina for a few years now (small island), so it was an honour to be part of their wedding celebrations. We saw a number of familiar faces in the booth, either from the ’hood (Muri), TVN, or from our market sessions. Both the bride and groom were glowing. Highlight of the night was accidentally mass-printing the groom’s solo; and then seeing the photos dutifully distributed (and treasured), by immediate family. Kia manuia.
